A note from the maker
It started on a windowsill full of drying herbs.
Herbmama began in my kitchen — one pot on the stove, jars lined up on the counter, and the slow satisfaction of making something honest with my own hands.
Everything here is still made that way: in small rounds, with short ingredient lists and a lot of care. No giant factory, no mystery fillers. Just good things, made a little at a time.
